Skygauge

Terms of Use

Skygauge (the "tool") is provided as a free public service for pre-application planning. By using the tool you agree to the terms below.

1. Not a formal sanction

Skygauge is an aggregation and analysis layer over publicly-published records from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and other public sources. It does not constitute a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or any other formal permit. Formal height clearance is issued only by AAI through the NOCAS portal.

2. Accuracy

While we do our best to keep the underlying data fresh and the calculations correct, the tool is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying any output against primary sources before making planning or construction decisions.

3. Attribution

Every result links to the source document (AAI NOC letter, appellate proceedings PDF, DP layer). We do not republish raw datasets; we surface derived insights with attribution.

4. Account use

You may use Skygauge anonymously without signing in. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to not share your credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the tool (automated scraping beyond fair use, misrepresentation, etc.).

5. Fair use

Reasonable manual queries are welcome. Automated bulk querying of the public API is not — if you need the underlying data, contact us. We rate-limit anonymous traffic and reserve the right to block abusive clients.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Skygauge are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date is the date of the last commit to this page.
